Jo Dawson

Jo Dawson is the Cumbrian Knee Clinic Practice Manager. With a background in healthcare, her previous career path involved a senior nursing role in London specializing in Accident & Emergency nursing. During a career break to have children, she learnt a valuable lesson to never underestimate the skills of a housewife and mother. Following this career break she returned to work as PA and Administration Manager for Mr Dawson, Specialist Knee Surgeon at The Cumbrian Knee Clinic Ltd. She has been doing this role for over a decade and in doing so she has gained considerable experience and understanding in the co-ordination of Mr Dawson's private practice, administration, accounts and patient management. She has a good working relationship with the local hospital network and works hard liaising with patients in a professional, friendly manner. Jo has 4 children, enjoys family life, playing tennis and walking Walter the dog!

Susan has worked with Matt as his NHS secretary since he began in Carlisle in 2001. Very competent and thorough at her job, she is now familiar with all his ways!!

A mad Carlisle United fan, Susan is married with 2 children and ….. a mad black labrador.
